Founded in Foshan in 2009, Kaicheng Lighting has forged ahead for 18 years with unwavering dedication. Rooted in outdoor lighting and empowered by photovoltaic energy storage, we have built a robust industrial layout covering three intelligent manufacturing bases.
Our industrial cluster spans three premium production bases across South China. The Foshan headquarters serves as a 40,000M2 intelligent manufacturing hub for solar lights. The second factory in Zhaoqing covers 40,000M2, specializing in floodlight production. The third Zhaoqing base, with an area of 70,000M2, focuses on industrial lighting manufacturing. Boasting a total site area of 130,000M2, we have established ourselves as a benchmark enterprise with a complete industrial chain for outdoor lighting in South China.
From our initial founding to mature industrial development, Kaicheng Lighting has gathered industry talents and scaled up production capacity to consolidate our industrial foundation. We employ over 600 industry professionals and achieve full-chain coordination of research, production and sales. Equipped with more than 50 standardized automatic assembly lines, we deliver an annual production capacity of 15 million sets of lighting fixtures, enabling us to undertake large-scale customized orders worldwide with high efficiency.
We have realized full-link intelligent upgrading throughout production. AGV intelligent logistics systems connect workshops and large-scale warehouses, achieving full independent control of raw material incoming, production processing and finished product warehousing. Leveraging our full-chain self-research and self-production advantages, we provide one-stop integrated solutions covering R&D, intelligent manufacturing, assembly and global logistics, empowering the efficient implementation of outdoor lighting projects worldwide with solid Chinese manufacturing strength.
Exquisite craftsmanship underpins quality, and intelligent manufacturing consolidates our foundation. Centering on full-industry-chain independent R&D and production, Kaicheng Lighting has built five fully intelligent production workshops, forming solid core manufacturing barriers. Our fully equipped production facilities include large automatic die-casting workshops for integrated precision molding, automatic injection molding workshops for automated raw material shaping, high-standard SMT patch workshops for precise processing of light source circuit boards, fully enclosed automatic spraying lines for rigorous anti-corrosion and waterproof treatment, as well as fully operational CNC processing centers and automatic polishing equipment.
All core components, including hardware structures, plastic shells and light source accessories, are independently processed in-house, eliminating reliance on external outsourcing. With top-tier automated equipment, we strictly control the processing precision and service life of every lighting fixture, realizing full-link quality traceability from spare parts to finished products.
Staying at the forefront of new energy lighting technology, Kaicheng Lighting has invested heavily in building a professional R&D and testing center, which houses a functional IES optical laboratory and EMC electromagnetic compatibility laboratory. Dozens of high-precision testing instruments conduct rigorous all-weather quality inspections, with all products undergoing extreme tests in optics, waterproofing, cold resistance and electromagnetic compatibility.
Through continuous iteration of photovoltaic and LED technologies, we have obtained more than 40 domestic utility model patents, invention patents and EU design patents. All product lines have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, as well as authoritative EU CE and RoHS certifications. Our technological innovations optimize the comprehensive performance of solar floodlights, solar street lights, industrial and mining lamps and conventional floodlights. Our green photovoltaic lighting products integrate energy conservation, durability and ultra-high brightness, keeping us at the forefront of the global new energy outdoor lighting industry.
